Christine Guinard poetess, is an associate professor of classical literature. Translator (Journal d'un Réfugié catalan, Roc d'Almenara, Mare Nostrum, 2012), musician, she publishes her texts in various literary magazines (La Femelle du requin, Thauma, Tapages, Contre-Jour, Poésie première, Recours au poème, Triages, Les Hommes sans épaules, Po&sie, Paysages écrits, Exit, Place de la Sorbonne, Secousse, la Main millénaire, Nunc, Ce qui reste, Lichen, FPM, A l'Index...) and has written poetry books, some of which are accompanied by artwork : Si je pars comme un feu, L'Arbre à paroles (Brussels, 2016) En Surface, Eléments de langage, (Brussels, 2017) Des Corps transitoires, Mémoire vivante (Paris, 2017) Stenopé, Unicité (Paris, 2018). Her researches also explore the dialogue between texts and images like in the triptych Mnesmosyne(s), a video installation created at the Cent-Quatre in Paris, screened at BRASS ; at the Biennale de la Photographie en Condroz ; then in the collective exhibition l'Automne trois (Public averti-Conspiration), in France and in Brussels (2017-2018). Time Lapse, the originator of the videos, was published by Corridor Eléphant (2018). She’s also invited in various international fairs or festivals, including the MidiMinuit Poésie (Nantes), Marché de la Poésie (Paris), Foire du livre (Brussels), Fiestival Maelström (Brussels), Salon de la poésie vivante (Romorantin), ), Prix Alain Spiess (Trouville), Poesia en el Laurel (Granada), Salon du livre et de l’édition (Granada)
