The Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in te Republic of Azerbaijan in cooperation with the UN in Azerbaijan and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Ankara is organising an International Contemporary Art Project “O” on gender equality as a continuation of the Project “Maiden Tower — To be a Woman”. Within the framework of this Festival a performance based on the play “Drop of the Sun, Breath of the Wind and a little bit of Love” by modern Azerbaijani writer Ismayil Iman will be performed at the Maksud Ibrahimbekov Creativity Centre. The Performance touches upon one of the main gender issues in Azerbaijan. The performance was set up on 3 heroes — a teenage girl, a young girl and young woman.
